From our initial meeting with Nancy Fox in your sales office to working with John Norquest and Marty Lunn in remediating punch list items found in the final inspection, we received tremendous support and respect. We’ve had many experiences with new homes and relocation over the 30 years that we spent with IBM, and we were impressed by the professionalism and responsiveness of your team.
We think it’s important for you to understand why we chose Lely over the many places we’ve considered over the time that we’ve been seasonal renters in the Naples/Ft Myers area. There was one big differentiator for us -- the tennis program. Over the last ten years, we’ve rented in a number of communities and last winter was our first experience at Lely. We found the tennis program at Lely to be exceptional.
The characteristics of a great tennis program for us are players who are accurately rated and paired up, a variety of playing formats, league play, opportunities to play with a variety of people, and clinics to improve ones skills.
