Topaz Home Series Introduced At Lely REsort

Stock Development has released details of the Topaz Series of floorplans for the Lakoya neighborhood at Lely Resort.

Lakoya is the largest remaining parcel within Lely Resort and the first major project to come on the market in Naples since 2006. More than 3,000 local real estate professionals and VIPs attended the Lakoya Grand Opening party on Thursday, January 27th.

The Topaz Collection is one of five series of homes to be offered at Lakoya. It consists of six magnificent single-story, two-story and courtyard-style floorplans.

“Stock Construction has taken its most successful Lely Resort floorplans and redesigned them for Lakoya,” said Bob Imig, President of Stock Construction. “The homes have more dramatic exterior elevations and greater livability within. The furnished models drew rave reviews for their spaciousness and interior design at the Grand Opening.”

Standard features of the Topaz Series are large barrel tiles roofs, deeper garages, expanded outdoor living areas, attic storage throughout, larger outdoor kitchen options, enhanced landscaping and Low-e insulated glass. Granite kitchen countertops are now standard in each Lakoya home. Natural gas is available throughout the entire neighborhood.
