1/22/2011
Stock Development has released a 2010 sales report showing 235 new home sales at Lely Resort and Paseo.

According to Brian Stock, CEO of Stock Development, the company’s new home sales volume was 87.7 million. Of particular note, was a December surge that included 23 sales worth $7.56 million.

“Our first quarter sales sales were terrific with nearly 120 homes and led to a flurry of new home construction as our inventory was almost completely sold,” said Stock. “Throughout the rest of the year, sales were remarkably consistent before spiking again in December. We are looking forward to a strong first quarter of sales in 2011.”

According to Stock, the company is launching four new residential projects in the upcoming weeks.

“Our existing single-family neighborhoods at Lely Resort and Paseo are nearly sold out,” said Stock. “As a result we are celebrating the Grand Openings of Lakoya at Lely Resort and Esperanza at Paseo. They appear to be the largest new construction releases in Colllier County and Lee County, respectively, in the past five years.”

Lakoya is a 242-acre enclave with a private gated entrance, sculptured landscaping, classical gardens, spectacular choreographed fountains and elegant paved walking paths. Phase I of Lakoya will offer 149 homes across five series of floorplans. An elaborate series of lakes are being crafted for the property, giving these homes a spectacular array of water, golf course and nature preserve views.

Esperanza consists of approximately100 acres in the northern phase of the community and is completely encircled by the pristine environment of the Six Mile Cypress Slough. It will feature newly redesigned versions of Paseo’s existing single-family homes and a brand new twin villa product being unveiled by Stock Construction for the first time.

The company is also launching sales in two neighborhoods it recently acquired. Secoya Reserve is located on Livingston Road approximately 2 miles north of Immokalee. Stock will be selling 57 home and homesite packages with construction beginning in the next few weeks. Black Bear Ridge is on Vanderbilt Beach Road east of 1-75  and west of CR 951.  Stock has 61 home and homesite packages it will be marketing. Construction there is also expected to begin within weeks.

Stock said the company remains committed to its core philosophy of building competitively priced communities with architecturally superior homes and world-class lifestyle amenities.

“Both Lely Resort and Paseo again won Community of the Year honors in 2010. For Lely, this was the third consecutive year and for Paseo is was an unprecedented fourth consecutive year,” said Stock. “We pride ourselves on giving the homeowner more than our competitors and Stock Development’s communities have become a must-see for local homebuyers before purchasing,” said Stock.

Stock Development won 22 Sand Dollar Awards in 2010 from Collier Building Industry Association for their work at Lely Resort. Stock also received 18 Pinnacle Awards from Lee Building Industry Association for product design, Clubhouse of the Year and Developer of the Year honors. In July, Lely Resort and Paseo each won Aurora Award for Residential/Mixed Use Land Development in the 12-state Southeast region. The Players Club & Spa at Lely Resort and The Village Center at Paseo were both honored in the Recreational Facility Category.

Stock has more than 50 beautifully furnished models, which are on display in Lely Resort and Paseo.
