Stock Development Released New Townhome Building

Stock Construction has released for sale a new building of flats and townhomes in the Olé neighborhood at Lely Resort.

“93 new homes were sold at Lely Resort in the first four months of this year, including 18 in Olé,” said Tim Clark, Vice President of Sales at Lely Resort. “As a result we have released several new buildings for sale this year and continue to start construction on new buildings.”

The new building is located in Phase II and includes five different floorplans. The townhomes are scheduled for completion in early July.
