Stock Development 40 Percent Sold at Covington Place in Lely Resort

Stock Development has reached the 40 percent sold mark at Covington Place, a neighborhood of single-family homes located in The Estates section of The Classics at Lely Resort, Collier County’s 2009 Community of the Year.

Located in the north half of Lely Resort, Covington Place is a private neighborhood of 38 single-family homes situated on a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by stunning nature preserves and vistas across the fairways and greens of The Classics Championship Golf Course. Fifteen of the homes are sold.
