Sales Stong In Martinique Neighborhood

Stock Development is nearing the fifty percent sold mark in the Martinique neighborhood at The Classics in Lely Resort.

Martinique is a unique neighborhood of 28 homesites formed from two adjacent cul-de-sacs within The Classics, a private, gated enclave featuring oversized lots with breathtaking golf, lakefront and wooded preserve views at Lely Resort. Twelve of the homes at Martinique have sold.

"We have had a good sales year at Martinique in 2009,” said Tim Clark, Stock Development's Vice President of Sales. "The neighborhood has attracted a lot of interest from homebuyers and the eight sales sold since February total nearly $5.7 million.”
