Sales Jump in Moorgate Neighborhood

Stock Development has reached the 63 percent sold mark at Moorgate Pointe, a neighborhood of twin villas at Lely Resort, a country club community in Naples.

“We have had a strong first quarter of sales here in Moorgate Pointe with 12 homes sold in this single neighborhood,” said Tim Clark, Vice President of Sales for Lely Resort. “In all, 53 of the Moorgate Pointe’s 84 homes have sold. We have begun or completed 14 homes so far this year with permitting in place for 6 additional homes to start construction this summer.”

The homes offer a mix of lake and fairway views across The Classics Championship Golf Course. Moorgate Pointe’s four floor plans offer two and three bedrooms ranging from 1,885 to 2,195 square feet under air and are priced from the $300’s. Furnished models are open for viewing.
