Ruby Series of Homes Released at Lakoya

Stock Development has released details of the Ruby Series of floorplans for the new Lakoya neighborhood at Lely Resort.

The Ruby Collection is one of five series of single-family homes to be offered at Lakoya, the largest remaining parcel within Lely Resort. It consists of four spacious single-story floorplans, two of which are shown as furnished models.

“Stock Construction has taken its most popular Avonlea neighborhood floorplans and redesigned them for Lakoya as the Ruby Series,” said Bob Imig, President of Stock Construction. “These homes have more dramatic exterior elevations, expanded lanais and greater spaciousness and volume within.”

All of the Ruby Series homes feature a brick paver driveway leading to a motor courtyard area in front of the attached, side-loaded, three-car garage. Standard features include large barrel tiles roofs, three-car garages, expanded outdoor living areas, attic storage throughout, large outdoor kitchen options, enhanced landscaping and Low-e insulated glass. Granite kitchen countertops are also standard and natural gas is available throughout the entire Lakoya neighborhood. Prices begin from $379,990.

“In the first month after their debut, more than 5,000 people have already toured the models,” said Imig. “They are getting rave reviews for both their designs and the beautiful interiors.”
