Quad Townhome Buildings Topped Off at Olé

Stock Construction has topped off a new building of flats and townhomes in the Olé neighborhood at Lely Resort.

The new building has seven homes overlooking a quad complex. It is the first of four buildings that will comprise the quad and is scheduled for completion in September.

“This building is part of a beautiful quad which will contain a swimming pool along with an open grass area for recreation,” said Tim Clark, Vice President of Sales for Lely Resort. “This includes a BBQ area and comfortable lounge chairs, giving residents an additional amenity package immediately outside their home.”

Priced from just the $180s, Olé is currently offering $10,000 in special summer savings on each purchase.
