Ponte Vedra Model Debuts at Covington Place

Stock Development has opened a new furnished Ponte Vedra model at Covington Place, a neighborhood of single-family homes located in The Estates section of The Classics at Lely Resort.

The Ponte Vedra is a four-bedroom/study/four and one-half-bath home with 3,490 square feet under air and more than 4,800 total square feet, including an attached three-car garage and a screened and covered lanai with outdoor kitchen. It is base priced from $749,990. The model includes $322,675 in options and furnishings to make the price of the home $1,141,665.
The interior design team was Diane Oldfin, ASID owner of Expressions in Design, Inc. and Mary O'Brien, ASID, also of Expressions in Design, Inc.

The interior decor is of an eclectic nature with soft butter-cream fabrics accentuated with fern greens, coral and bronze colors. The formal living room has imported Italian embroidered floral accent fabric on the chairs, pillows and tops of the window treatments, highlighted by a long decorative metal console table with a matching ornate over-sized mirror above it. The large formal dining room can accommodate 12 people at a beautifully carved table with two leaves.

The breakfast nook overlooks the pool and has an inlaid tile top table with four metal upholstered accent chairs and the over-sized gourmet kitchen has room at the wrap-around counter for additional bar stools. It opens to a spacious family room, which has a wall unit with flat screen TV and two reclining chairs, in addition to a seating group.

An elegant office has a decorative mirrored dry-bar, TV, lounge chair and desk area. The golfing them is carried out in the window treatment and wall decors. The chair rail has a grass cloth treatment extending to the wood floor. The fourth bedroom is outfitted as a den and offers wood floors and a Queen sleeper-sofa sectional with a chaise lounge side section, as well as a flat screen TV.

The master suite includes a bath with large separated double vanities and a soaking tub that extends into the room for drama. The over-sized walk-around shower area is open at both ends with beautiful tile accent details.

Perfectly designed for entertaining, the large outside living area features a cushioned seating group in one area and an outdoor table for six near the outdoor kitchen/grill area. The large pool and spa are appointed with comfortable lounging furniture.
