Stock Development has passed the 95 percent sold mark in Phase I at Olé, a private neighborhood of flats, townhomes and casitas located within Lely Resort, the Collier Building Industry Association's 2008 Community of the Year.
According to John Zagar, Vice President of Sales for Lely Resort, only 16 of the 323 homes in Phase I remain for sale.
"The last 15 months have seen phenomenal sales at Lely with more than 250 new homes sold," said Zagar. "As a result our inventory at Olé has shrunk dramatically. Phase I is completely built out and we have now opened six new furnished models for viewing in Phase II."
Olé has received a lot of attention in the past year. In addition to Lely Resort's Community of the Year honors, Olé's Village Center received the Clubhouse of the Year award. Olé also won Product Design of the Year and seven additional Sand Dollar Awards.
The neighborhood includes a variety of flats, town homes and casitas built by Stock Construction. Flats are available in five different floor plans and range in size from 1,227 to 1,774 square feet. The town homes, including two- and three-story designs, are available in nine different floor plans and range in size from 1,459 square feet to 2,084 square feet. The Casitas are available in six different floor plans and range in size from 1,531 to 2,080 square feet. Extraordinary pricing begins from the $190s.
The homes in Olé feature the finest interior appointments, including: granite countertops, Moen fixtures, upgraded GE appliances, ceramic tile and carpet flooring and a private garage.
The 20,000 square foot Village Center amenities include a full-service concierge, a bistro, an ice cream parlor, a pub, an internet café, a coffee shop, a business center, library and a 90-seat movie theatre with a projection room and comfortable elevated seating.
