New Phase Released for Sale at Olé in Lely Resort

Stock Development has released for sale a new phase of 37 flats, townhomes and casitas in the Olé neighborhood at Lely Resort, including a new quad.
 
"Olé offers stunning homes and world–class amenities for those seeking an active lifestyle,” said Claudine Léger-Wetzel, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Stock Development. "Stock has sold 350 homes at Lely Resort in the past 23 months, including 50 homes in Olé since January.”
 
The jump in sales virtually eliminated the inventory of new homes prompting the new release of 9 flats, 12 townhomes and 16 casitas in the northern section of Olé. Priced from just the $180s, the new buildings are already in for permitting and construction is expected to begin before the end of the year.

Olé earned numerous industry awards from the Southeast Building Conference, including Aurora Awards for product design and an Excel Award for Best Master-Planned Community of the Year. Stock Development has also netted 16 Sand Dollar and Pinnacle Awards for their Olé residential designs and four Sand Dollars for the Village Center.
 
Flats are available in five different floor plans and range in size from 1,227 to 1,774 square feet.  The town homes, including two- and three-story designs, are available in nine different floor plans and range in size from 1,459 square feet to 2,084 square feet.
 
"Two buildings of flats and townhomes in the new release are situated around a quad which contains a swimming pool along with an open grass area for recreation,” said Legér-Wetzel. "This includes a BBQ area and comfortable lounge chairs, giving residents an additional amenity package immediately outside their home.”
 
The Casitas are available in six different floor plans and range in size from 1,531 to 2,080 square feet. These innovative units live like single-family homes with all the conveniences of multi-family homes.

Olé is built around The Village Center, which is for the exclusive use of Olé residents and their guests.
 
The 20,000 square foot Village Center amenities include a full-service concierge, a bistro, an ice cream parlor, a pub, an internet café, a coffee shop, a business center, library and a 90-seat movie theatre with a projection room and comfortable elevated seating. This superbly designed facility earned Sand Dollar Awards from the Collier Building Industry Association for Best Clubhouse Interior and Exterior.
 
The Village Center gym includes state-of-the-art equipment, men and women's locker rooms and a separate aerobics/dance studio. Outside, the free-form pool includes elaborate waterfalls and rockscapes, as well as a richly landscaped sundeck with custom-designed furnishings.
 
In front of the Village Center is the waterfront Promenade, which features a series of reflecting pools and sculptures along a pedestrian path leading to the outdoor amphitheater.
