New Alden Woods Building Under Construction

Stock Development has begun construction on a new building at Alden Woods, a neighborhood of 116 spacious coach homes at Lely Resort.

According to Tim Clark, Vice President of Sales for Lely Resort, the building includes two downstairs and two upstairs units with prices starting in the $240s.

“The building is situated on a lakefront site and all of the units have beautiful water views,” said Clark. “The coach homes at Alden Woods are spacious and there is a furnished model open for viewing.”

Two floor plans are available.

Alden Woods offers its residents a private neighborhood clubhouse complex. Outside there is a pool and spa with a furnished sundeck. Inside is a kitchen, a comfortable lounge with a game table and a fitness room with a treadmill, elliptical trainer, exercise bike and multi-station weight machine.
