More New Townhomes Under Construction at Olé

Stock Construction has begun construction on a new building of flats and townhomes in the Olé neighborhood at Lely Resort.

The new building has seven homes overlooking a quad complex. It is the second of four building that will comprise the quad.

“This building is part of a beautiful quad which will contain a swimming pool along with an open grass area for recreation,” said Tim Clark, Vice President of Sales for Lely Resort. “This includes a BBQ area and comfortable lounge chairs, giving residents an additional amenity package immediately outside their home.”

Priced from just the $180s, Olé has not only been popular with homebuyers, but also with industry professionals who have showered the community with awards.

Olé earned numerous industry awards from the Southeast Building Conference, including Aurora Awards for product design and an Excel Award for Best Master-Planned Community of the Year. Stock Development has also netted 16 Sand Dollar and Pinnacle Awards for their Olé residential designs and four Sand Dollars for the Village Center.
