Martinique Two-thirds Sold

Stock Development has sold nearly two-thirds of the homes in the Martinique neighborhood at The Classics in Lely Resort.

Martinique is a beautiful neighborhood of 28 homesites formed from two adjacent cul-de-sacs within The Classics, a private, gated enclave featuring oversized lots with breathtaking golf, lakefront and wooded preserve views at Lely Resort.

According to Tim Clark, Stock Development’s Vice President of Sales, 18 of the neighborhood’s 28 homes have sold.

“Martinique is a stunning neighborhood within Lely Resort’s most elite collection of neighborhoods,” said Clark. “After a strong year of sales, only ten homes remain for sale. For a limited time, we are offering special pricing starting from $514,990 plus a free standard pool on inventory homes or $25,000 in options and upgrades on "to be built" homes.”

The Classics lines the lakes and fairways of the Gary Player-designed Classics championship golf course. It is accessed via a private entry featuring a large fountain followed by a richly landscaped boulevard with live oaks, coconut palms, King Sago palms and thousands of plants and flowers leading up to the two-story Mediterranean-style gatehouse where an original sculpture is on display in the roundabout. Homes in The Classics are priced from the $510s to over $2 million.
