Martinique Neighborhood Sold Out At Lely

Stock Development has sold out the Martinique neighborhood at The Classics in Lely Resort.

Martinique is a beautiful neighborhood of 28 homesites formed from two adjacent cul-de-sacs within The Classics, a private, gated enclave featuring oversized lots with breathtaking golf, lakefront and wooded preserve views at Lely Resort.

According to Tim Clark, Stock Development’s Vice President of Sales, all of the neighborhood’s 28 homes have sold.

“Martinique has been a very popular neighborhood,” said Clark. “Fortunately, for homebuyers, we have expanded and redesigned the floorplans and they are now our new Sapphire Series of homes at Lakoya.”
