Majorca Model Open At Lely

Stock Construction, the 2009 CBIA Builder of the Year, has opened an unfurnished Majorca model in The Estates at The Classics, a neighborhood of custom-built estate homes at Lely Resort.

The Majorca is a superbly designed luxury home offering 4,064 square feet under air and a total of nearly 6,000 square feet. The open floor plan features four bedrooms and four and one half baths. The attached three-car garage offers an air-conditioned storage area. The Majorca is priced at $1,198,856, which includes Stock Construction’s $25,000 summer sales incentive. It is open for touring everyday from 9:00-5:00 and on Sundays 11:00-5:00.
