Lakoya Plans Announced at Lely Resort

Stock Development has released plans for Lakoya, a new neighborhood of single-family and estate residences in the northwest corner of Lely Resort.

Lakoya is an exclusive 242-acre enclave with a private gated entrance, sculptured landscaping, classical gardens, Bellagio- inspired fountains and elegant paved walking paths. Here you will find unmatched style and sophistication, all within the Community of the Year, with an award winning club and spa, three championship golf courses and much more.

Initial plans call for 10 new models, 19 new floor plans and the highest standard features package ever offered from Stock Construction, the 2009 Collier Building Industry Associaltion Builder of the Year and Stock Development, the 2010 Developer of the Year.

Phase I of Lakoya will offer 149 homes across five series of floorplans ranging from 1,809 square feet to more than 3,400 square feet. An elaborate series of lakes are being crafted for the property, giving the homes a spectacular array of water, golf course and nature preserve views.

According to Stock, the company will be releasing details about the new neighborhood as they become available throughout the remainder of the year with plans for a January sales launch.
