Holiday Models Open at Olé

Olé at Lely Resort is kicking off the holiday season in style. The neighborhood
has been a hit with homebuyers in Naples, offering stunning architecture, innovative floorplans and outstanding lifestyle amenities. Now, Stock Construction has opened three more beautifully furnished models.

“The holiday season will be in full swing for the next few weeks at Olé,” said Tim Clark, Vice President of Sales for Lely Resort. “As a special treat, six of our furnished models have been decorated for the holidays and are now open to the public for tours. Cookies and soft drinks will be served daily to guests touring the models. It will be a lot of fun!”

In keeping with the generous giving spirit of the holidays, visitors touring the models will be able to bid on the Christmas trees in the homes with the proceeds going to the Collier Building Industry Association Toy Drive, which delivers toys to over 1,000 children in Immokalee.

“It is a wonderful cause,” said Clark. “Holding a silent auction of these trees will mean that dozens of children will have toys that they might not otherwise have had sitting under their own trees waiting for them to open and the winner will get to take home a fabulously decorated tree ready for the holidays.”

The three new models join the six existing furnished models, giving homebuyers the chance to see two casitas, two flats, three townhomes and two split-level townhomes.

The three new models include a flat, a townhome and a split-level townhome with interior designs by Edgar and Tiffany West of West Design & Interiors Group. All three will feature holiday decorations by Merida Hines of the North Naples Christmas Shoppe and are located on the quad of 28 townhome residences overlooking a richly landscaped pool, sundeck and BBQ area, as well as an open grassy recreation area.
