Emerald Series Homes Debut at Lakoya

Stock Development has released details of the Emerald Series of floorplans for the new Lakoya neighborhood at Lely Resort.

The Emerald Collection is one of five series of single-family homes to be offered at Lakoya, which is the largest remaining parcel within Lely Resort. It consists of four spacious single-story floorplans, three of which are shown as furnshished models.

“Stock Construction has taken its most successful Lely Resort floorplans and redesigned them for Lakoya,” said Bob Imig, President of Stock Construction. “The Emerald Collection of homes have more dramatic exterior elevations and greater spaciousness and volume within.”

Standard features of the Emerald Series are large barrel tiles roofs, deeper garages, expanded outdoor living areas, attic storage throughout, larger outdoor kitchen options, enhanced landscaping and Low-e insulated glass. Granite kitchen countertops are also standard and natural gas is available throughout the entire Lakoya neighborhood.       

With 3,138 square feet under air, The Riviera II is a four-bedroom/four-bath home with a family room, formal dining room and a private study. There is a screened and covered lanai, with a furnished sundeck surrounding the pool and spa and an attached three--car garage that bring the total square footage to 4,727. The master suite overlooks the pool via large bay windows and includes twin walk-in closets.

The Muirfield II is a four-bedroom/study/three and one-half-bath home with 3,202 square feet under air and a total of 4,809 square feet, including an attached three-car garage and a screened and covered lanai with outdoor kitchen. The great room-style design includes a formal dining room and a private study. The island-style kitchen includes counter seating and a breakfast nook overlooking the pool.

The three-bedroom/two-bath Seapines II model also includes a private, detached guest cabana with bath. This courtyard home offers 3,333 square feet under air including a great room, dining room and study. The beautiful central courtyard area includes space for a pool and spa. The Seapines also offers a unique split three-car garage design off the front motorcourt area, giving the home a total of 5,193 square feet.

The Ponte Vedra II is a four-bedroom/study/four and one-half-bath home with 3,490 square feet under air and a total of 4,853 square feet, including an attached three-car garage and a screened and covered lanai with outdoor grill. There is a family room as well as formal living and dining rooms, all of which are conveniently located off the large island-style kitchen. Each guest bedroom is a full suite with a private bath and walk-in closet.                   

“Just one month after their debut, more than 5,000 people have already toured the models,” said Imig. “They are getting rave reviews for both their designs and the beautiful interiors.”
