Construction Advances in Moorgate

Stock Development has advanced construction on 16 new homes at Moorgate, a neighborhood of twin villas at Lely Resort, a country club community in Naples.

“We have had a strong first quarter of sales here in Moorgate,” said Tim Clark, Vice President of Sales for Lely Resort. “In the first three months of the year, we began construction on six new homes and we have permitting in place for 10 additional homes to start construction in May.”

The homes offer a mix of lake and fairway views across The Classics Championship Golf Course. Moorgate’s four floor plans offer two and three bedrooms ranging from 1,885 to 2,195 square feet under air and are priced from the $300’s. Furnished models are open for viewing.
