Construction Advances In Covington Place

Stock Development has reached the 57 percent construction mark at Covington Place, a neighborhood of single-family homes located in The Estates section of The Classics at Lely Resort, Collier County’s 2009 Community of the Year.

Located in the north half of Lely Resort, Covington Place is a private neighborhood of 37 single-family homes situated on a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by stunning nature preserves and vistas across the fairways and greens of The Classics Championship Golf Course.

According to Tim Clark, Vice President of Sales, strong sales have left 21 homes completed, under construction or in permitting.

“Covington Place features outstanding architectural detailing and the finest finishes in stunning floor plan designs by Stock Construction, the 2009 Collier Building Industry Association’s Builder of the Year,” said Clark.
