Casitas Under Construction at Olé

Stock Development has begun construction on four new casitas in the Olé neighborhood at Lely Resort.

According to Tim Clark, Vice President of Sales for Lely Resort, Olé’s casita designs blends the ease and luxury of maintenance-free living with the privacy of a single-family home in residences that are built around a common driveway. They are priced from the $190s.

“Strong sales in 2010 have accelerated our construction schedules to ensure we have inventory homes available for homebuyers,” said Tim Clark. “We have already had more than 3,000 people visit Lely Resort this year!”
