Beautiful New New Floorplans Unveiled in Cordoba

Award-winning Cordoba Development, LLC has unveiled two new spacious floorplans specifically designed for the lakefront home sites in the Cordoba neighborhood at Lely Resort.

According to Mark DiSabato, Managing Partner of Cordoba Development, LLC, among Cordoba’s outstanding features are 15 lakefront home sites that provide stunning water vistas against a backdrop of golf and nature preserves views.

“These single-story homes are carefully crafted to take full advantage of the views from the rear of the home,” said DiSabato. “The additional width in the living areas and the extra glass combine to blend the spacious interior of the home with the beautiful outdoors.”

Cordoba’s first two floorplans both won Sand Dollar Awards from the Collier Building Industry Association. The Barcelona Grande was named Product Design of the Year and the San Sebastian earned honors as Best Green Home Design.

These two new exquisite floor plans include all of the same luxurious features of the original plans.

The Casa Grande is a three bedroom/two and one-half-bath great room-style home with 1,890 square feet under air. The third bedroom is convertible to a formal den. The home incorporates additional glass into the master suite and the great room to take advantage of the lake views. It features 12-foot ceilings with 13-foot trays added to the already expansive rooms. The Casa Grande also features an expansive two-car garage.

The Sevilla is a three-bedroom/two and one-half bath home with a large great room and a third bedroom that is convertible to a formal den. The 1,700 square foot home is an enhanced version of the San Sebastian that includes greater width in the living areas. It also includes 12-foot ceilings with 13-foot trays and an attached two-car garage. The two new plans will be priced from the mid-$400s.
