Stock Construction has sold out the Avonlea neighborhood in Lely Resort, a country club community in Naples.

“All 34 homes in the neighborhood are sold,” said Tim Clark, Vice President of Sales at Lely Resort. “Avonlea has been very popular with homebuyers so we have redesigned several of the floorplans and are now offering them in the Ruby Series within the new Lakoya neighborhood.”

Located in the north half of Lely Resort, Avonlea is a private neighborhood of 34 single-family homes situated on three intimate cul-de-sacs surrounded by stunning nature preserves and vistas across the fairways of The Classics Championship Golf Course.
