Arvanita Model Open at Moorgate Pointe

Stock Development has opened a new beautifully furnished Arvanita model at Moorgate, a neighborhood of twin villas at Lely Resort, a country club community in Naples.

The Arvanita is a three-bedroom, two-bath home with and offers 1,916 square feet of living area and 2,577 total square feet, including a screened and covered lanai with a pool and an attached two-car garage. Among the highlights of the Arvanita model are formal living and dining rooms. The former leads to the lanai through eight-foot tall sliding glass doors. The spacious kitchen includes a dinette.

The interior design was conceived and executed by East Indies Home & Design.

“The Arvanita is a transitional Florida home where the style is classic, timeless and clean,” said Edgar West, President of East Indies Home & Design. “Our design references are both mid-century modern and urban modern interiors where the furniture scale is ample but not overwhelming, and the focus is on the comfort and livability of the space.”

An expressionist color palette of sea blue, leaf green and dark chocolate is presented against neutral backgrounds throughout the interior.

Mitchell Gold, East Indies, Century and Drexel Heritage furniture is used in the open plan great room to emphasize clean lines and classic comfort, and represent new takes on timeless designs.

The quietly chic dining room shines with reflective surfaces and polished design elements. The round Art Deco silver metal table is surrounded by six cream linen notch-back dining chairs.

The modernist media center spotlights a collection of hand blown art glass. Contrasting textures of silk and linen are highlighted on the nail head-trimmed sofa and matching contemporary club chairs.

In the spacious master suite, the clean-lined Drexel king bed is dressed with custom master bedding in a deep teal iridescent Jim Thompson imported Thai silk fabric. The two guest bedrooms follow the theme of timeless comfort and rich fabrications.
