Majestic Model Opens at Lely Resort

Stock Construction, the 2009 CBIA Builder of the Year, has opened the beautifully furnished Majestic model in The Estates at The Classics, a neighborhood of custom-built estate homes at Lely Resort.

The Majestic sets a new standard for luxury living in Southwest Florida. Architect Greg Weber has designed an open floor plan featuring four bedrooms, four and one half baths plus a study. The home totals 5,671 square feet of living, including 3,830 square feet under air. The attached three-car garage offers an air-conditioned storage area. The Majestic is base priced from $689,990 and Stock Construction is currently offering a $25,000 incentive on options for the home. It is open for touring everyday from 9:00-5:00 and on Sundays 11:00-5:00.

“Many of the spectacular heirloom quality furnishings are direct from the Althorp Living History Collection from Theodore Alexander, which features fine quality inlaid and burl wood pieces modeled after designs in the ancestral home of the Spencer family and Diana, Princess of Wales,” said Edgar. “In an exclusive licensing agreement with Charles, the current Earl of Spencer, and Diana’s younger brother, the Theodore Alexander company has brought these remarkable designs to life to add even more character to Majestic’s already outstanding interior presence.”

The team from West Design & Interiors personally chose and imported exquisite silks from the world’s premier silk manufacturer, the Jim Thompson Company in Thailand, to create one of a kind custom bedding ensembles and window treatments for Majestic’s expansive floor plan.

Every detail has been carefully planned, including commissioned original watercolors in several rooms and gallery quality celadon pottery throughout. The fully furnished Majestic model is priced at $1,599,990 as shown. The $25,000 options incentive brings the net price of the home to $1,574,990.
