Avonlea Neighborhood Passes 85 Percent Sold Mark at Lely

 Stock Development has passed the 85 percent sold mark in the Avonlea neighborhood in Lely Resort, a country club community in Naples.
 
“Twenty-nine of 34 homes in the neighborhood are sold,” said Tim Clark, Vice President of Sales at Lely Resort. “Avonlea has been very popular with homebuyer. So far in 2010, we have sold 12 homes.”
 
Located in the north half of Lely Resort, Avonlea is a private neighborhood of 34 single-family homes situated on three intimate cul-de-sacs surrounded by stunning nature preserves and vistas across the fairways of The Classics Championship Golf Course.
