New Pricing Announced For Martinique

Stock Development has announced new summer pricing for the Martinique neighborhood at The Classics in Lely Resort.

Martinique is a unique neighborhood of 28 homesites formed from two adjacent cul-de-sacs within The Classics, a private, gated enclave featuring oversized lots with breathtaking golf, lakefront and wooded preserve views at Lely Resort.

“Martinique is a stunning neighborhood within Lely Resort’s most elite collection of neighborhoods and nearly half of the homes are sold,” said Tim Clark, Stock Development’s Vice President of Sales. “For a limited time, we are offering special pricing starting from $544,990. Previously, the base price was in the $560s.”

The Classics lines the lakes and fairways of the Gary Player-designed Classics championship golf course. It is accessed via a private entry featuring a large fountain followed by a richly landscaped boulevard with live oaks, coconut palms, King Sago palms and thousands of plants and flowers leading up to the two-story Mediterranean-style gatehouse where an original sculpture is on display in the roundabout. Homes in The Classics are priced from the $520s to over $2 million.

Stock Construction offers four new floorplans in Martinique ranging in size from 2,809 to more than 3,100 square feet under air.
