Stock Records Strong Sales in 2010

Stock Development has released strong sales numbers for February showing 41 executed new home contracts at Lely Resort and Paseo.

According to Brian Stock, CEO of Stock Development, the company’s new home sales volume was $13.77 million. Sales were spread evenly across all types of residences.

“We had sales across 16 different neighborhoods and product types between the two communities,” said Stock. “One of our greatest strengths in the Southwest Florida market is an amazing diversity of new home offerings from flats and townhomes to single-family homes to luxury custom built estate homes. Our communities offer more than 100 floor plans with countless upgrade options and elevation choices.”

For the year, Stock reported that Lely Resort and Paseo have already registered 75 new home sales and had more than 7,500 visitors to our communities.

Stock said the company’s superbly designed homes are found in communities offering world-class lifestyle amenities that have garnered dozens of awards over the past several years.

“Both Lely Resort and Paseo won 2009 Community of the Year honors. For Lely, this was the second consecutive year and for Paseo it was an amazing third consecutive year,” said Stock. “Our mission is to give the homeowner more than our competitors and Stock Development’s communities have a reputation as a must-see for homebuyers before purchasing,” said Stock.

Stock Development and Stock Construction received 16 Sand Dollar Awards from Collier Building Industry Association for their work at Lely Resort. In addition to Community of the Year honors, there were four Clubhouses and pool awards, three residential design awards and two interior design awards. Stock received 11 Pinnacle Awards from Lee Building Industry Association for product design, Clubhouse of the Year and Developer of the Year honors. Capping the honors was the Builder of the Year award for Stock Construction from Collier Building Industry Association.

New home construction continues to be strong at Lely Resort and Paseo with more than 100 homes in permitting or under construction.

“We have homes in virtually every style under construction in our communities,” said Stock. “We also have 51 beautifully furnished models on display, which sets us apart in the local housing market.”
