Stock Development celebrated the debut of its new furnished model center for Olé with a three-day event this Friday, January 23 through Sunday, January 25. Olé is a private neighborhood of flats, townhomes and casitas located within Lely Resort, the Collier Building Industry Association's 2008 Community of the Year.
According to John Zagar, Vice President of Sales for Lely Resort, seven new furnished models are open in Olé for the 2009 sales season.

The neighborhood includes a variety of flats, town homes and casitas built by Stock Construction. Flats are available in five different floor plans and range in size from 1,227 to 1,774 square feet. The town homes, including two- and three-story designs, are available in nine different floor plans and range in size from 1,459 square feet to 2,084 square feet. The Casitas are available in six different floor plans and range in size from 1,531 to 2,080 square feet. Value pricing begins from $199,990.
The homes in Olé feature the finest interior appointments, including: granite countertops, Moen fixtures, upgraded GE appliances, ceramic tile and carpet flooring and a private garage.
The 20,000 square foot Village Center amenities include a full-service concierge, a bistro, an ice cream parlor, a pub, an internet café, a coffee shop, a business center, library and a 90-seat movie theatre with a projection room and comfortable elevated seating.
Accommodating the active lifestyle sought by Olé residents, the Village Center gym includes state-of-the-art equipment, men and women's locker rooms and a separate aerobics/dance studio.
